I rarely talk about this, but let’s talk about condo living and why condominiums are my preferred type of residence.

Do you also dream of owning your own house one day? I did. I would save photos of homes and interiors that I liked in my phone. “Owning my own house” was always an item in my list of goals and vision boards whenever I’d be asked to create one. I always thought I wanted to own land (I still do) and that condo living meant I didn’t own land. But that all changed when we did finally move into a condo and realized just how much more convenient it is to live in one than in a house.

Depending on your developer of course, your condominium offers everything you’d need and more without having to hire them separately for a house: 24-hour security, receptionist (someone to receive your guests and packages), engineering, generator (no more brownouts), plumbing/clean water, and building administrator for all your other needs. And depending on the size of your unit, it’s pretty much easy to maintain and clean all on your own without the need for household help (which we prefer not to have). All of these we’d have to worry about if we stayed in a much larger house.

I recently attended the media launch of Le Pont Residences Tower 2, which was attended by RLC Residences Brand Ambassador Heart Evangelista, who shared her enthusiasm about Le Pont Residences. “I saw the new showroom of their two-bedroom unit, and I love how big the size and how efficient it was designed.
