If you’re a Globe subscriber like I am, today we can greet each other Happy National G Day! And oh what a happy day to be a Globe subscriber indeed.

September 17 or 917 does not only signify Globe’s iconic and original prefix, it also marks the start of Globe’s annual celebration that recognizes and gives back to its loyal customers through exciting rewards and surprises. Globe and its partners have come together to gratify millions of customers with so much in store this year. The digital celebration comes in many forms, each focusing on making customers more productive, entertained, and delighted.

Love the pun on this one, but what I love more are the prizes in store for subscribers in Globe’s biggest raffle of the year that begins today, September 17, of course. Globe customers will get free raffle codes from the Globe Rewards or Globe at Home apps, the number of which will be based on your number of years with Globe. You may also turn your Globe Rewards points into more raffle codes, or answer surveys that are rewarded with raffle entries.

At G Chance the Raffle, customers have the chance to win exciting prizes they can use to work, learn, and play at home. These include 5G smartphones, gaming consoles like the Nintendo Switch, Segway Ninebot, Samsung products, Xiaomi Mi Box, Globe Rewards points, GCash credits, and so much more. Winners will be announced everyday from September 18 to October 1.

Customers can also use their Globe Rewards points to get 917 lifestyle essentials, as well as discount codes for Konsulta MD, Puregold, Health Now, Healthway Clinics, Zalora, Grab, Lazada, Shopee, and other partners. This part is really what I’m excited about! I plan to turn my rewards points into Konsulta MD (telemedicine) and Lazada (online shopping!) discount codes because these would be most useful for me and my family while we continue to isolate.

G Music Fest: A music festival right at home

As a treat for all music-lovers, Globe invites everyone to come together for Globe’s online music festival. Yes, we can still have unbridled fun watching music artists perform while staying safe at home.

The G Music Fest lineup is topbilled by international band LANY as well as favorite local acts Up Dharma Down, Ben & Ben, The Juans, Massiah, Kiana Valenciano, SB19, and December Avenue.
